Consent to Disclose Credit Information
Thank you for your interest in applying for the Aspirasi Working Capital Financing-i (“Application”).
Pursuant to the Credit Reporting Agencies Act 2010 (“CRA Act”) and all other relevant laws and regulations, you give your consent to Axiata Digital Capital Sdn Bhd/ any other third party appointed by us / CTOS Data Systems Sdn Bhd (“CTOS”) / Experian Information Services (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“Experian”) / other registered credit reporting agency under the CRA Act (“We/Us”) to process your information (including your personal data, if applicable) for the purposes of assessing the Application and other matters in connection therewith.
By giving this consent, you understand and agree that:
(a) we may conduct background/business/credit/trade checks, CCRIS and DCHEQS checks on you/your shareholders/your directors/your officers/ employees (as may be applicable) at any time for as long as we have a business/trade relationship with you, for any one or more of the following purposes:
(i) Pre-screening a prospective client / customer / supplier / contract (as may be applicable);
(ii) Credit / Account monitoring;
(iii) Debt recovery Credit / Account evaluation;
(iv) Credit / Account review; and
(v) Legal documentation consequent to a contract or facility granted in connection with the Application.
(b) you give your consent to CTOS, Experian and any other credit reporting agencies which are registered under the CRA Act, to release your credit report/credit information to us (including our agents and/or our affiliated companies) for the above mentioned purposes.
(c) you also give your consent to Us to process, use and retain your personal information for the purposes of: (i) the Application, and (ii) promoting our services, products and offers of third parties whose products and services we think may be of interest to you.
By filing up the below information, I hereby agree and give consent for and/or on behalf of the company as per the above.
